No. You can top up your card directly at the terminal of the Bikewash facility, for example with a credit or debit card. If you want to top up a different amount than the preset €50, please visit our office next to the facility during opening hours.

The bikewash-hof customer card allows cashless payment directly at the terminal of the bicycle washing facility. In addition, the customer card gives you a 10% discount on every wash. This discount is automatically applied when paying with the card.
The card is available from us in the bikestore or in the online shop.
The card can be reloaded in our shop during opening hours with an amount of €50.
Registration
With this form, you can register your prepaid customer card. Enter your details and the card number — you’ll find it on the back of the card.
Why register?
By registering, your card is protected in case of loss or damage. Simply contact us and provide your card number. We will block your card, issue a new one, and transfer your remaining balance.
What is the newsletter?
By signing up for the newsletter, you’ll be among the first to know about new promotions such as discounts or bonus offers. The newsletter is used exclusively for this purpose — no regular purchase prompts or news spam. We also do not share your email address. You can unsubscribe from the email notifications at any time.
Can I top up my card here?
By submitting the completed form, your data will be sent to TWS Hof GmbH and used and stored to create a customer account. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
