Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of €150 per e-bike applies. It is included directly in the booking process and will be refunded to your account after the return and inspection of the bike.
Are there additional costs?
Yes, we charge a service fee of €5 per bike. This covers cleaning, administration and transaction costs.
How old do I have to be to rent an e-bike?
The rental contract can only be concluded by adults. When handing over to minors, a legal guardian must be present.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is possible in writing or by e-mail. The conditions are as follows:
- up to 72 hours before the rental begins: free of charge
- up to 24 hours before: 50% cancellation fee
- from 24 hours before the start: 100% cancellation fee
